Initiatives
All members of our community have the right to form identity-based groups that help support them in their sense of belonging at Cedar Crest. Membership in these groups is open to all: members of the identity group as well as allies, advocates, and supporters.
Pride ERG (Employee Resource Group)
The Pride ERG Group is a place of support for LGBTQ+ faculty and staff as well as allies and advocates who are interested in fostering and sustaining a welcoming and affirming climate on campus for LGBTQ+ people. - Offer resources, support and information to strengthen the connection for the CCC community
- Provide opportunities for trainings and professional development
- Host events and programs to strengthen the connection within CCC, in the LVAIC consortium and with the local community
Faculty and Staff of Color – Colleague Resource Group
This network aims to foster connections and develop community for Faculty and Staff of Color and other employees at Â鶹ÊÓƵ. If you are interested in participating in this group contact Leon S.
