Strengthen financial sustainability and resilience in ways that keep a Cedar Crest education accessible and affordable for students and families.
New Organizational Structures
Modernize institutional systems and organizational structures to better support strategic growth and decision-making.
Innovation
Develop a comprehensive institutional AI strategy that promotes ethical, humane, and effective uses of emerging technologies across teaching, learning, administration, and student support.
Strengthen Employee Capacity
Invest in employee well being, fostering collaboration and creating conditions in which employees can thrive professionally and personally.

Milestone Initiatives:

Grow new sources of institutional revenue — including partnerships, workforce training, and non-traditional program offerings — to reduce dependence on tuition alone
Adjust program offerings, formats, and organizational structures in response to shifting student needs, enrollment trends, and regional workforce demand
Establish Cedar Crest as a regional leader in ethical, effective AI use across teaching, learning, administration, and student support
Expand professional development opportunities and workplace practices that support collaboration, work-life balance, and long-term career growth for all employees
