Robert Antoni was born in Detroit, Michigan, in 1958, and he carries two passports: from the US, and Trinidad and Tobago. Antoni鈥檚 fictional world is the island of Corpus Christi, and to create it he draws upon his two hundred years of family history in Trinidad and Tobago, as well as his upbringing in the Bahamas. His first novel, Divina Trace, was published in 1991, and his most recent novel, Carnival, was published in 2005. The latter work has appeared in French, Spanish, Finnish, and Chinese translations. Antoni was named a Guggenheim Fellow for 2010 for his upcoming historical novel, As Flies to Whatless Boys. Antoni has taught a wide range of courses in creative writing and literature at such esteemed institutions as The New School University of New York, Columbia University, The University of Miami, The University of Iowa, and Johns Hopkins University. He currently lives in Manhattan, and he frequently visits Barcelona, where he has kept an alternate address for the past 20 years.

As Vice President for Student Success & Engagement and Dean of Students, Calley Stevens Taylor provides leadership for student affairs and academic services at Cedar Crest, including Academic Advising, Accessibility Services, the Act 101 FALCONERS program, basic needs and Closing the Gap resources, Career Development and Community Engagement, the First Year Experience, Health and Counseling Services, International Student Services, Housing & Residence Life, Community Standards, Student Engagement, and Title IX, and tutoring services.

In her previous roles as Dean of Student Success and Director of Student Success and Retention at Cedar Crest, Dr. Stevens Taylor implemented the Finish Line retention management program, coordinated the development of the Student Success Center and the Center for Diversity and Global Engagement, and lead student success initiatives that resulted in significant increases in retention and graduation rates.

Dr. Stevens Taylor currently serves as the project director for the Crest-to-Career project, which is funded by a federal Title III Strengthening Institutions Program grant. Stevens Taylor has been recognized as an Outstanding First Year Student Advocate by Cengage and the National Resource Center for First-Year Experience and Students in Transition. She has served as a mentor in the NACADA: The Global Community for Academic Advising Emerging Leader Program and has presented and published extensively on a wide range of topics related to education and student success. Dr. Stevens Taylor currently serves on the editorial boards of the NACADA Review and the Journal of Access, Inclusion, and Retention in Higher Education. She earned her Ph.D in International and Comparative Education at Lehigh University, where her dissertation research examined the impact of international engagement on the US regional accrediting agencies. She earned her M.S. in College Student Personnel from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and her B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina 鈥� Asheville.

Prior to joining Cedar Crest, Dr. Stevens Taylor served as the Director of Advising and Enrollment Services at Reading Area Community College and the Director of Advising and Learning Support at the University of North Carolina 鈥� Asheville.

Sara Lauren Purifoy is Library Director of Cressman Library and specializes in the creation and management of literacy programs for students and adults.

Sara oversees the vision for the Library鈥檚 collection and educational services, valuing equity, empowerment, and expanded access in student learning for research abilities and information literacy.

Prior to Cressman Library, Sara supervised patron information services and a robust schedule of literacy programs and classes for the Easton community as the Adult Services Coordinator at Easton Area Public Library.

Sara was also previously the Instructional Services Librarian at Taylor Memorial Library, Centenary University, where she managed the Information Literacy Program and worked with faculty and students to help guide learners in searching databases, using information technologies, and cultivating life-long learning habits. In her last six months at Centenary, she held the position of Interim Co-Director.

Sara has additional experience at a range of organizations within the field of librarianship including Westminster College, Duquesne University, Cranberry Public Library, Cleveland Law Library, Allegheny County Jail, and the Carnegie Museum of Art. She presented at the NJAL Conference (VALE) on her work with instructional assessment and outreach in 2020, 2021, and 2022.

Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from Gettysburg College and a Master鈥檚 Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.

She likes birds, cashew cheese, and speculative fiction.

Wendy J. Robb joined the 麻豆视频 Nursing Department in Fall 2000. Her background includes work as a clinical nurse specialist in adult acute care, particularly trauma care. She is also an experienced clinical research coordinator, with expertise in the area of complementary and alternative healing.

Wendy has published and presented nationally and internationally on a variety of topics and has traveled to nursing schools in Ghana, West Africa and Sweden as part of international exchanges. She has participated in several national grants and maintains certification as a nurse educator by the National League for Nursing.
