Over Forty Dancers Set to Take the StageÌý
Spring is in the air, and so is the rhythm of Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s highly anticipated Spring Dance showcase! This evening of dance, creativity, and inspiration features a lineup of works by students, faculty, and guest artists across a diverse range of styles and choreography.
Joining our talented students are several guest artists. Malcolm Shute will debut a nostalgic piece inspired by the theme of a sleepover; Firuzi Desai will perform as part of a Bollywood trio; Jackie Moyer will showcase a captivating jazz piece; and Samuel Reyes will once again perform an upbeat hip-hop performance.
Adding to the excitement, Cedar Crest’s very own artistic director, Sarah Carlson, will present a thought-provoking modern piece exploring themes of unity and division in today’s world.
Performances will be held in Samuels Theatre, located in the Tompkins College Center building at Â鶹ÊÓƵ. Ìý
